The general objectives of this R+D+I group in Knowledge Societies and Digital Governance are the research and transfer of methods, frameworks, work platforms, services, and tools to the socio-productive sector that contribute to the innovation of knowledge societies and digital governance. Currently, the group is working on two lines of research:
- The intelligent automation of public services that contribute to the sustainable development of communities, as well as to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public policies and services.
- The development and adoption of products and services linked to 4.0 technologies for the advancement of the socio-productive sector and the improvement of the state.
Both lines fall within the themes of Knowledge Societies and Digital Governance. The tasks carried out by the Group will support and strengthen the activities undertaken by the UNESCO Chair in Knowledge Societies and Digital Governance at UNS.
