Multidimensional Computational Vision

The research group specializes in the development and application of computer vision techniques for medical and satellite imagery, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. Its research activities are supported by a strong track record of academic and scientific collaboration through national and international networks that foster interdisciplinary cooperation.

The Multidimensional Computer Vision Group (ViCoM) promotes projects focused on the processing and analysis of multidimensional images, with the aim of generating knowledge applicable to a wide range of fields. The group also maintains active collaborations with academic institutions and research centers both nationally and internationally, promoting knowledge exchange and the training of highly qualified researchers and professionals.

As part of ICIC, ViCoM seeks to integrate its activities with other research areas within the institute, particularly those related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and medical data security.
